2. What data is handled

This is a static site with no forms. The only way to share personal data is by choosing to email me, in which case I handle your email address and whatever information you include in your message.

3. Purpose and legal basis

I use that data solely to read and reply to your message. The legal basis is your consent when contacting me and my legitimate interest in keeping the conversation.

4. Retention

I keep emails for as long as needed to deal with your query and any relationship arising from it. After that, they are deleted.

5. Recipients

I don't share your data with third parties. Email is handled through my email provider (Google), which acts as a data processor.

6. Cookies and storage

This site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tools. It only stores your light/dark theme preference in your browser (via localStorage). That's strictly necessary technical storage for that feature, exempt from consent, and it never leaves your device.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time by writing to the address above. If you feel they haven't been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
